Brief history
The completion of the Texas and Pacific Railway in June 1881 led to the establishment of new villages along the line, including Keller. However, it was not formally incorporated until 1955. Today, it is one of the fastest growing cities in the area and, in 2008, was named one of the Nations Richest Cities by the U.S. Census Bureaus American Community Survey.
